Republicans will most likely sweep the midterms with a president who's approval rating is in the 30s percentage, but all the problems seem to fade in the news cycle

Shootings are getting days of coverage as compared to the crippling inflation, food shortages, formula and gas prices, it is all in an attempt to distract the public from the important issues come November, Democrats already hold a virtual majority in the US house and Senate as well as the presidency, if they haven't stopped the issue of shootings now they never will. The issue of a crippled economy and food industry is swept away for the sake of violence that occurs often even if it's a shame.
