Mask Mandate Ruled On By Supreme Court, May Be Gone Soon.

The PA Supreme Court has said that the controversial (Many consider unconstitutional) Mask Mandate in Pennsylvania Schools, can stay as an appeal to it being thrown out by Dec 4th is under review. The Previous ruling was made the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania, which ruled the Health Secretary did not have authority to implement mask mandates. Governor Wolf, has said he will give the authority to have a mandate or not to the local school districts, but depending on the ruling they may not have a choice to do so. Many Pennsylvanians have been disgruntled with the mask mandate every were including schools. Leading to Republican leaders to start suing the state, and many parents showing up to board meetings to protest.
