Covid-19 Vaccine Mandate Blocked by US Judge.

A Trump appointed Federal Judge in Georgia has blocked Biden's Vaccine mandate for federal contractors, this is after many other attempts of a vaccine mandate have been shot down, such as OSHA which cannot enforce it. The Lawsuit which was brought up by the AG of South Carolina, and joined by several other states AGs, argued that Biden's vaccine mandate broke the 10th amendment, and that only congress could make the decision.

Judge Stan Baker in the US Court for the Southern District of Georgia, was the one who made the injunction to block the mandate, Even though the 45th President is out of office his decisions still affect the nation to this day.
